Exciting opportunity available for a Site Agent to join a team in Cork and contribute to a significant water infrastructure project. This role involves managing framework programs, overseeing the supply chain, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities of the Site Agent include:
- Managing onsite activities, resources, and site operations to meet project targets.
- Representing the company in client and subcontractor meetings to foster positive relationships.
- Generating accurate reports and records.
- Acting as a liaison between the company and clients on-site.
- Participating in audit meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensuring completion of external works according to the project schedule.
- Assisting the project team with technical requirements.
- Overseeing procurement and on-site delivery processes of the supply chain.
Qualifications and experience required:
- A degree in engineering or construction management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in site management.
- Previous experience in civil engineering, particularly in large-scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent team-building skills.
The salary range for this position is €70,000 - €85,000 per year, with additional benefits and a bonus scheme, negotiable based on experience.
