The Senior Warranty Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and the successful completion of single-family homes, detached houses, and townhouse projects.

As the Senior Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The Senior Warranty Manager will be overseeing the entire warranty process for single-family homes, detached houses, and townhouse projects.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify warranty issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Collaborating with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate and implement necessary repairs.
- Ensuring all warranty work is completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.
- Managing a team of warranty technicians, providing guidance and support.

- Continuously improving the warranty process to enhance customer satisfaction and project quality.
The successful candidate for the Senior Warranty Manager position should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in warranty management within the residential construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of low rise residential construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
