We are looking for Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on a New Build Office project in Central London.
Key responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Commercial management
- Financial reporting
- Contract knowledge
- Valuation and payments
- Contract valuations
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred
- 5+ years in Construction industry
- Worked on High Value Office projects
- Worked for a main contractor as a Quantity Surveyor
- Knowledge of relevant contracts including JCT Design and Build
