SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000
Benefits: Car Allowance, Fuel Card, Pension, Holiday Allowance
Senior Quantity Surveyor Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Nottinghamshire, to work for a company specialising in Care Home/ Extra Care, Industrial and Education schemes.
No specific sector experience is required, however as Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have commercially led your own projects - values circa £5million.
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience running a small team of surveyors, offering support and development for those more junior.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Complete projects take off's
- Submitting of tenders to subcontractors and comparison of incoming prices
- Monthly Cash Flow & CVR for all projects
- Placement of subcontract orders
- Payment of subcontractors in accordance with subcontract orders
- Final accounting of all subcontractors
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- JCT/ D&B Contract Experience
- Commercially led schemes with values c£5m
- Experience managing a team
- Self-Motivated
- Full UK Driving Licence
