This is a great opportunity for 3x experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with one of Europe's largest contractors on to enhance our customers' defence capabilities and critical assets. on a full Regeneration Project on a multi-million-pound facility.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Overseeing NEC contracts within the framework of the project
- Hybrid on sight working
- Working in a Quantity surveying team reporting to the Commercial Lead
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- NEC 3 experience in structures and new builds
- BPSS to be obtained
- Turn-Key approach
- Projects valued over £50 million
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £550 inside IR35
