Senior Project Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join a successful principle contractor within their rail team.
Due to continued success, this company are looking for someone to join the business to manage their Southern region (which is their largest). We are looking for people who have a desire to progress internally and eventually be promoted to Regional Director.
You will be working across various rail / civils frameworks and projects regionally, all ranging in value.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager role include-
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, and within budget.
- Manage and assist direct reports
- Have an excellent commercial acumen, specifically around NEC contracts
- Identify any training, mentoring and coaching required
- Keep the client informed on the development of the project, request and act on the feedback
Experience required for this Senior Project Manager role include-
- You must have a rail/ civils background
- Working knowledge and experience with NEC3 contracts
- Degree in civil engineering is preferred
- Already be working within a project manager role (rail/ civils)
- Hunger for growth and personal development
Package offered for this Senior Project Manager role
- £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
