Planner
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Planner to join a main contractor and work on a variety of OHL, underground cabling, and substation projects on a well renowned scheme in Scotland that has a value upwards of £100 million.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the energy sector. Your role as a Planner will be responsible for overseeing the OHL, underground cabling, and substation packages. Furthermore, working with engineering/operational teams to capture real time progress.

Key responsibilities for this Planner role:
- Project management methodology
- Working with engineering/operational teams to capture real time progress
- Two refurbishments of 116km and 138km cables
- New build of a 75km cable
- Further work on a variety of OHL, underground cables and substation projects
- 5 days required on site
Experience required for this Planner role:
- P6 use within power transmission projects.
- Significant operational experience of complex large construction projects
- Knowledge of project controls
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Package offered for this Planner role:
- £500-£600 day rate
- Accommodation and meals provided.
