Job Title: Senor Estimator

Our client, who is a very successful regional civils contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in Birmingham. The Senior Estimator will be working on groundworks projects across the West Midlands but will be based out of the office in Birmingham.
The client is looking for someone with proven experience in all aspects of estimating for ground works packages, experience in calculating major construction cost estimates and proven track record in the planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution of a project.
The working hours are 07:30 to 17:00 and there is the potential for hybrid working following an initial 6 week period in the office.
The ideal candidate
- 5 years experience minimum working in a similar role
- Experience working within groundworks
