We are working with a client on an interesting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager working for a Civils contractor on fibre broadband builds in the UK.

This is an exciting time to join the company as a Project Manager reporting in to the Head of Build in Edinburgh.

They are working on fibre builds to connect millions of premises and they are undergoing a growth period, enabling them to build their own network, grow their presence, and support the UK with fibre roll out.

Key responsibilities for this Project Manager role:

- Working to NEC 3/4 contracts
- Commercial, compliance, contractual and governance of the build (NRSWA, SROH & Fibre Build specification.
- Overseeing the build of the fibre network,
- Overseeing design, platforms, surveying, and IT applications
- P and L responsibility

Experience required for this Project Manager role:

- NEC 3/4 contract suite knowledge and experience
-Utilities background, preferable fibre build and civils background
-Strong commercial, compliance, contractual and governance background (NRSWA, SROH & Fibre Build specification.)
-Strong internal and external stakeholder experience
-Either ILM/APM or PRINCE2 qualifications
-Skilled in management of P and L accounts/SLA's/KPIs/Variations to costs
-Experienced in build management/looking after design (THP/Glide) teams/platforms/surveying/applications and IT

Package offered for this Project Manager role:

- £50,000 - £60,000 plus car/allowance and package
