Job Title:
Managing Quantity Surveyor
The company is a well-established Civils Main Contractor who are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to offer commercial support to various ongoing projects. My client would also be interested in speaking to Project & Senior Quantity Surveyors.
The role will be based from Worcester, ideal for those located around West Midlands, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
Key responsibilities for this Managing Quantity Surveyor role:
- Act as day to day commercial lead across all projects in the Midlands
- Liaising and presenting to the client on the project performance
- Managing & mentoring more junior members of the commercial team
Experience required for this Managing Quantity Surveyor role:
- Must have 9+ years NEC3/4 experience
- Must have relevant degree/qualification in Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Management
- 9+ years experience on Rail/Civil Engineering projects
Package offered for this Managing Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £87,000 per annum
- Competitive benefits package available.
