Land Surveyor - Freelance - 12-month contract - Banbury
Very good opportunity to work on a large project which will last 20 weeks with more work across the in duration and is Outside IR35 or paid CIS.
Our client is seeking a Land Surveyor on a freelance basis to assist with a large project for one of their key clients.
Key responsibilities for this Land Surveyor role:
Reporting into the Project Manager
Management of method statements and risk assessments
checking and processing of design models
Drone flights if qualified
overseeing all of the engineers and machine control
Experience required for this Land Surveyor role:
CSCS Card and in date
Other site tickets needed
Earthworks experience is a must
Able to use different software's and kit
GPS experience, Topographical surveys experience for Earthworks
Package offered for this Land Surveyor role:
£300 - £375 per day
Outside IR35 or CIS
20 week contract with option to extend
