Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in the Swedish Telco sector, preferably with a focus on enterprise architecture and security, TOGAF certification is preferred.
- Understanding of TMF Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and eTOM.
- Proficiency in business process design, including Lead to Cash and Order to Cash processes.
- Solid knowledge of Business Support Systems (BSS), with additional experience in Operational Support Systems (OSS) being advantageous.
- Familiarity with sales and support channels within the Telco industry.
Additional Requirements:
- Expertise in Service Management (both IT and Networks).
- Understanding of 5G Networks and IoT (Smart Services).
- Knowledge of Fixed Networks and methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver architecture engagements for leading Swedish Telcos, focusing on solution development from problem identification to delivery.
- Support the development of strategic client relationships and lead and deliver projects, managing project teams of 2-10 people.
- Develop commercially viable consulting market offerings and drive Go-To-Market strategies.
- Work collaboratively within mixed consulting and client teams to plan, manage, and deliver work effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven experience in business development within the professional services industry, selling consulting services.
- Experience leading and delivering architecture assessments, vendor selection processes, business case development, and change programs.
- Willingness to travel for business within Sweden and the EU.
