The Architectural Technologist role:
A well-established, stable Architectural practice with an excellent reputation are looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist for their team based in Chester. The practice are an award winning multi-disciplinary practice that focus on a range of projects including schools, residential, industrial and pharmaceutical.
This will primarily be an office based position with occasional site visits and the option for flexible working. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director, ensuring the company carries out its contractual responsibilities, working on projects at all stages from early design to completion. The suitable candidate will have excellent knowledge of building regulations and be proficient in the use of Revit.
The main purpose of the role will be to produce and manage detailed drawing packages (ideally at stage 4), ensuring NHBC conditions and building regulations are adhered to.
To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:
HNC/Degree in Architecture
Experience working for a Architectural practice, consultancy or Developer.
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC
