Role: Architect
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (subject to experience)
I am working closely with a client who is looking for a qualified Architect with 1-3 years experience.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- RIBA Part 1 - Degree in Architecture from an ARB/ RIBA approved school - essential
- RIBA Part 2 - Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from an ARB/ RIBA approved school - essential
- RIBA Part 3 - Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Practice - essential
- Current registration with the ARB as an Architect - essential
- Experience and passion for heritage projects essential
- Prior professional experience in a design-led practice
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Strong visualisation & conceptual design skills
- Good technical ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards
