Having worked in Recruitment for a number of years I made the move in to internal after finding I thoroughly enjoyed finding the right people to work within an organisation that I felt passionate about and to aid in growth plans really excited me.

As part of the recruitment process for Navartis we're passionate about sourcing only the very best talent to train and develop within our business. I’m interested in hearing from experienced sales professionals from different industries with transferable skills, as well as Graduates with the drive and hunger to succeed in this challenging sales based position. Ongoing support and coaching is readily available for the right people at all levels who display our core behaviours and values.
