Learning and Development OfficerI joined Navartis in 2018 and I am responsible for training salespeople and recruiters to become successful white collar recruitment consultants for Navartis. This includes coaching new recruits in the training bay, delivering the classroom-based training modules, follow up coaching with new recruits who have successfully completed the training bay. Input into designing and delivering a cost-efficient training strategy that aligns and supports the business growth strategy, including the future development of an L&D team and all associated aspects of training across the business.
