Job Title: Commercial Assistant
Location: Wakefield office based 
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract: PAYE - 6 months (potential to extend for the right candidate or go permanent)

Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Assistant to join our team based in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, with strong potential for extension for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sending out applications for payment
  • Requesting and following up on required information from clients and internal teams
  • Issuing instructions clearly and efficiently
  • Attending meetings and taking accurate notes
  • Supporting the commercial team with general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Previous administrative or commercial experience is desirable but not essential
