Location: Nottinghamshire (hybrid - office based with 1 day from home)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (circa, dependent on experience)
I am working with an established developer looking for an Assistant Design Manager to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of projects across the region.
This role would suit someone with relevant industry experience, including Architects from practice or Architectural technologists looking to move client-side.
The role:
Assisting with design coordination from pre-construction through delivery
Liaising with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Supporting design compliance and programme requirements
About you:
Background in architecture, architectural technology, or design management
Experience working on live construction projects
Strong coordination and communication skills
Contractor experience is advantageous
Additional info:
Projects are all within approximately 1 hour of the office
Site visits are typically monthly
Hybrid working with one day per week from home
