A leading Tier 1 Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager following the award of multiple new projects and the strength of its forward pipeline across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering complex, high-value schemes with long-term security and clear progression into senior roles.
The successful candidate will support and manage the design process across major projects, working closely with Senior Design Managers, internal delivery teams, consultants, and clients to ensure designs are coordinated, compliant, and commercially aligned.
About You

A few years' proven experience as a Design Manager within a Tier 1 contractor environment

Education sector experience is essential

Experience across healthcare, accommodation, and/or defence projects is advantageous

Strong understanding of the design management process from preconstruction through delivery

Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
