The Architectural Technician Role:
A small but stable and well-established housebuilder is seeking an Architectural Technician/Technical Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of projects from initial design through to completion. Responsibilities will include producing and reviewing technical drawings, design access statements, viabilities and site layouts, while coordinating with consultants and site teams to ensure schemes are delivered to the highest standards.

The business offers a supportive environment with the opportunity to be involved across all technical aspects of residential development, giving exposure to both design and delivery.

To be considered for the Architectural Technician position:
Experience producing technical drawings, site layouts and design access statements
Strong understanding of residential design processes, planning and technical compliance
Ability to coordinate projects through all stages to completion
Prior experience with a housebuilder, architectural practice or contractor
HNC/HND or degree in Architecture, Construction or related field desirable
