Location: London
Salary - £43,000 up to £50,000 + car allowance and benefits
Client are a primary contractor for Network Rail delivering a diverse range of projects. Structural projects such as footbridges , bridge replacements.
Works:
Its all-old station & bridge arches that have been done out to be up market restaurants and bars ext. they need maintaining and being made like new again.
- De-vegetation works
- New roller doors adding
- Re-lining them inside.
Background:
-Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in managing multiple teams
-Civils background - Essential
-General buildings knowledge & experience - Essential
-Experience managing day to day operations on multiple schemes
-NR Projects experience (Rail background
Qualification:
-Civil Engineering qualifications (HNC / HND)
- First Aid
-PTS & COSS - Desirable
- IOSH
-Temporary Works Coordinator - Desirable
