Our client seeks a Site Engineer to oversee a phased residential project in Nenagh, South Tipperary, offering long-term employment in the area. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out duties, and quality checks.
- Assist in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Execute setting out tasks, transferring digital and paper data onto site and into digital models for accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with project teams, engage with clients, and coordinate with subcontractors from start-up to handover.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- Crucial knowledge of the building industry.
- Proficiency in setting out, utilizing Total Stations and GPS.
- Ability to work independently and strong management skills.
- Full driving license and eligibility to work in the EU.
Salary: €55,000 - €55,500 DOE (negotiable), plus bonus scheme, car allowance, and additional benefits.
