Site Engineer

We are currently seeking aan experienced Site Engineer to join our clients team for a large-scale residential construction project located in Ashtown Dub 15. This project encompasses the development of over 700 residential units.

Responsibilities for this Site Engineer Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any deviations from plans.
• Setting out -Transferring digital and paper data/drawings onto site, and back into digital models enabling accurate and auditable record keeping.
• Preparing work schedules & allocating resources.

Requirements for this Site Engineer Role:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Degree Quailified
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Eligibility to work within the EU.
