Site Engineer - Cahir

Our client is looking for a Site Engineer to run a phased new residential project in Cahir, South Tipperary. This is a long-term development and will offer a number of years work in the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities for this Site Engineer Role

• Management of day-to-day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out duties, quality checks and approvals
• Assisting the site management teams with all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management.
• Setting out -Transferring digital and paper data/drawings onto site, and back into digital models enabling accurate and auditable record keeping. Preparing work schedules & allocating resources
• You will interface and work with the project team on delivery, engage with the Client, co-ordinate with the civil sub-contractor project management team on site from start-up through to handover

Experience required for this Site Engineer role:

• 2 + years minimum experience in a similar role
• Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
• Setting out experience, proficient with Total Stations + GPS.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong Management skills
• Full driving license
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Salary for this Site Engineer role is between €45,000 - €55,500 DOE

(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
