SHEQ Manager 

Summary

A multi-disciplined utilities contractor, delivering  first-class services to diverse clients and infrastructure projects across the UK is looking to hire an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their Safety, Health, Environment and Quality department.

The SHEQ Manager is a key role supporting site teams and senior leaders to ensure compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Based from our clients office in  Uffington, Oxfordshire with site travel.

SHEQ Manager Responsibilities

  •  Manage SHEQ activities across regional operations.
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, environmental and quality legislation.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Support and coach managers on SHEQ best practice.
  • Monitor performance and report on SHEQ KPIs.
  • Assist with induction process.

Seeking someone with

  • A minimum of 5 years proven SHEQ management experience with a background in utilities, infrastructure and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
  • Full Clean UK driving licence

 Salary: Circa £60,000 - £65,000 plus

  • 30 days holidays including BH's
  • Company Vehicle / Car allowance
