This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyorto join a subcontractor who specialises in fire protection and air integrity sealing systems within the Data Centre sector.
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a mixture of Data Centre Projects across sites in the UK, Ireland other parts of Europe. This is a 12-month contract, outside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Reporting into the Commercial Director.
- Review and negotiate Subcontract orders terms and conditions.
- Provide commercial assistance across all Data Centre projects and schemes.
- Manage project from tender to completion.
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- NEC & Bespoke Forms on Contracts
- Previous experience working across Data Centre project
- GC or Subcontractor Experience within the Data Centre Sector
- Fire Protection Experience (Desirable)
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £450-£550 per day based on experience
- Outside IR35
- 12 month contract with potential to move to other upcoming projects
- Rates subject to change depending on location & travel for Project (Europe)
