This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established principle contractor who provide commercial resource public sectors within capital improvement type works (Education, healthcare etc) Therefore ideally they are looking for someone from this background who has a strong background in refurb and fit out. This is within the West Midlands Region.
As your role as a Senio quantity surveyor you will be working both office and site based.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Costing
-Reporting
-Valuations
-Liaising with the client
-Progress reports
-Dealing with change
-JCT contract
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Refurb/Fit out experience
- Capital improvement experience
- Flexible to travel to sites when needed
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £30,000-£65,000 Depending on experience, my client will also consider Intermediate Quantity Surveyors
