Job Title: Senior Design Manager
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £65-75k plus benefits
An established contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager to their construction division. The successful Senior Design Manger will manage and coordinate the design of construction projects from tender stage right through to their completion.
Your role will be primarily focussed in the East Midlands but on occasions you will be expected to work on projects in the wider midlands, particularly the West Midlands.
The projects you will work on will range in value from £2m - £40m. On smaller projects you will be based in the office whilst working on up to three projects at a time and visiting site as necessary. On larger projects you will initially be based in the office before moving onto site full time to work alongside the rest of the project team.
Key Requirements:
-Design Management experience
-Both pre-construction and delivery experience
-Experience in both healthcare and education sectors
