I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading regional contractor who are looking to bring in a Senior Design Manager who would quickly progress and take the step up to a Regional Design Manager position.
The successful individual will look after the Design team and play an active role overseeing projects from pre-construction through to delivery and overall completion.

The Key Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years' experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry.
-Worked within a range of sectors i.e. industrial, education, healthcare and commercial
-Had experience leading/managing a Design Team previously
