Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Company Bonus, BUPA, 8% Employer Pension.

About the Role
As Sales Office Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the internal sales team, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality customer service, and effective coordination with external sales colleagues. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate, coach and develop staff, while also supporting strategic sales initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Hybrid working is available, but you must be based on-site in Llanwrtyd Wells at least three days a week.
The key requirements for this Sales Office Manager role are:
- Lead and develop the internal sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Oversee day-to-day operations including enquiries, quotations and order processing
- Ensure efficient communication between internal and external sales teams
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, supporting customer satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve challenges and deliver a seamless service
- Support senior management with sales strategy, reporting and KPI monitoring
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service delivery
Experience required for this Sales Office Manager role are:
- Proven experience leading an internal sales or customer service team
- Strong B2B sales or account management background
- Excellent organisational and people management skills
- Skilled communicator, able to lead by example and motivate others
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to be based in Llanwrtyd Wells at least three days per week
- Full clean UK driving licence
Desirable knowledge, skills and experience for this Sales Office Manager role are:
- Background in electronics, engineering or other technical product sales
- Knowledge of ISO, AS, BS or CECC quality standards
- Experience in quality-critical industries such as defence, aerospace or rail
Package and Benefits of the Sales Office Manager role:
- £45,000 – £55,000 salary plus performance-related bonus
- 25 days’ holiday (increasing by 5 days after 5 years’ service)
