After-Sales Service Technician

Summary
A global manufacturer of foundation drilling equipment and established in the UK market for over 12 years is looking to hire an After-Sales Service Technician to join their team
The After-Sales Service Technician role will require the successful applicant to visit locations across the UK to carry out the following tasks
- Commissioning, repairs, rigging / de-rigging and maintenance of all types of equipment on site, at customers premises or at their own workshop facility
- Liaise with our customers service staff to rectify faults both on site and over the telephone.
- Liaise with the after sales team to provide feedback from Jobsites and to help rectify faults.
The successful candidate will be able meet the following criteria:
- Possess a thorough understanding of modern mobile Hydraulics and Electrics / Electronics.
- Possess relevant industry qualifications and hold a current CSCS skills cards.
- Employ good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
- Hold a full UK driving license and passport.
- Previous knowledge of BAUER products is desirable however not essential. Regular product training will be provided
Salary: Circa £42,000 - £47,000 negotiable plus package including:
- Stakeholder pension scheme
- 25 days holiday per year.
