The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a hybrid basis – combining site visits, office work, and WFH flexibility. You will be involved in a range of exciting projects, from heritage restorations to modern retrofit energy solutions, with the opportunity to develop specialist skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and contracts.

Work closely with project teams on site and in the office.

Support refurbishment and retrofit energy projects, including insulation and thermal performance assessments.

Contribute to procurement and material selection, particularly for heritage and specialist builds.

Provide accurate reporting and analysis to support project and company growth.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with knowledge of Grade II restorations or retrofit energy projects.

Understanding of insulation materials, building stock, and refurbishment projects.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ambition to grow professionally and take on niche specialist qualifications, e.g., thermal imaging or energy retrofit assessments.
