This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join a chartered main contractor recognised for delivering exceptional commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on variety, responsibility, and seeing projects through from tender to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of compliant tender submissions and manage subcontract tender packages
- Build strong supply chain relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure contracts
- Drive value engineering opportunities and manage change control throughout projects
- Oversee subcontractor accounts, interim payments, and final accounts
- Prepare, submit, and agree payment applications with clients, ensuring smooth financial delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Main contractor experience, ideally within commercial fit out and refurbishment
- 5 years experience in estimating or quantity surveying
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- Experience with traditional and full design & build JCT contracts
- Valid UK driving license
