Position: Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead #2 (Permanent)

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead #2 to support and drive commercial performance across our portfolio of projects. You will play a key role in ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Lead in managing all aspects of project costs
- Prepare and review contracts, valuations, and variations
- Use COINS and Procure software to maintain accurate project financials (experience not essential)
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to optimize commercial outcomes

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation, or housing association projects
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership potential
- Experience with COINS and Procure software advantageous
