Location: Newark or Lincoln (with hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (Negotiable, DOE) + Enhanced Travel Allowance + Quarterly Bonus

About the Role
You’ll take ownership of budgets, cost plans, and valuations, working across a wide variety of projects—from bespoke, high-end residential developments to large-scale public-sector schemes, including a landmark £28 million leisure project running over the next eight years.
This is not just a traditional QS position. Alongside your commercial responsibilities, you’ll gain enhanced project management exposure and work closely with both client-side and contractor-side teams. Proven experience in cost planning, budgeting, and valuations
