Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Newark or Lincoln (with hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (Negotiable, DOE) + Enhanced Travel Allowance + Quarterly Bonus

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of budgets, cost plans, and valuations, working across a wide variety of projects—from bespoke, high-end residential developments to large-scale public-sector schemes, including a landmark £28 million leisure project running over the next eight years.

This is not just a traditional QS position. Alongside your commercial responsibilities, you’ll gain enhanced project management exposure and work closely with both client-side and contractor-side teams. This dual perspective offers a unique opportunity to broaden your expertise and develop a career profile that stands out in the industry.

  • Proven experience in cost planning, budgeting, and valuations

  • Ambition to develop wider project and client-facing responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Residential and/or public-sector experience advantageous, but not essential

  • Applications welcome from both Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors
