Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established regional house builder. Ideally looking for someone with house building/house developer experience.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the residential development sector. Your role as Quantity Surveyor you will be part of the growing Commercial Team to offer commercial support.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager
- Reporting
- Costing
- Tenders
- Expected to manage 3-4 live sites
- Ability to meet targets/deadlines
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Tender and valuation experience
- House Building / Housing Developer experience
- Coins knowledge would be an advantage
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- £40,000-£50,000 GBP plus package
