Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location : North Wales
Engagement : Contract
Rate: £350 per day
Duration: 6 + months - with the works being for at least two and a half years.
Payment: Ltd Company
Experience: Working as a Quantity Surveyor and will involve elements of Estimating
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within Non-residential new build.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the North Wales
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
- Sectors: education, student accommodation, housing associations, healthcare
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally have experience within the social housing sector
- Degree qualified
- Someone who has ideally done estimating and quantity surveying.
