About the Company
Our client is a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering environmental and minor works through long-term frameworks. Much of their work sits within the Environment Agency Minor Works Framework, providing a strong and consistent pipeline of projects.
About the Role
This is a hands-on Project Manager role with full responsibility for day-to-day site delivery. You’ll manage environmental schemes from planning through to completion, leading site teams and subcontractors while keeping safety, quality and programme firmly under control.
You’ll be trusted to run your projects, make decisions on site and set the standard for health, safety and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of framework projects
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and site supervision
- Produce RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and programmes
- Take ownership of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Manage temporary works and quality standards
- Monitor progress, reporting and site records
- Support commercial activities including variations
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil or environmental engineering
- Strong background delivering environmental works in watercourses
- Experience managing projects up to £500k
- Working knowledge of NEC4 contracts
- Confident leading site teams and subcontractors
- Environment Agency framework experience

- SMSTS
- UK driving licence
