We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings deep technical knowledge of high-voltage systems and substation construction.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee all phases of substation and high-voltage infrastructure projects, including design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Monitor daily site activities, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with HV safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on all snagging and commissioning activities.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Implement and monitor project controls, reporting systems, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Review and manage variations, delays, and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure all HV and substation works comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Proven experience managing high-voltage (HV) and substation construction projects (preferably 110kV and above).
  • Strong understanding of AIS/GIS substations, HV switchgear, transformers, and protection and control systems.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
