Project Manager/PM/Owner's Rep
Location - Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW)
Salary - 100,000-120,000 plus 15 days PTO

Project Manager/Owner's Representative

The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex construction projects (ranging from medical remodels, ground up medical office buildings, medical tenant finish out and ambulatory surgery centers).


Job Duties and Responsibilities

Bidding the project through the award stage, pre-construction, project construction, administrative duties, site visits, and project completion and close out process.
Assists with managing project through bid, award, construction, and completion.
Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
Communicates daily with owner, construction superintendents, and internal divisions.
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
Manages RFI's, submittals and change orders.
Attends regular site visits as required by the project.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Science or related equivalent degree.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction.
Background in civil engineering.
Experience in medical construction a plus.
Project management experience, including all elements of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resources, and communications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
Basic commercial construction process and procedure fundamentals.
Familiar with ProCore, Buildertrend or similar PM Software.
