Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet quality, safety, and budgetary requirements. Your ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and manage resources will be essential for the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits.
- Build and lead a project team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Provide project updates and progress reports.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project expenditures and track costs against the budget.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
