Salary: £80,000 - £85,000

Working for an established design & build, fit-out & refurbishment business delivering a wide variety of commercial projects across the UK.
Overview:

As Operations Manager you will lead the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £10m in value.

This role is responsible for managing operational teams across several live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Playing a key leadership role within the business, you will oversee small works delivery teams while working closely with commercial, pre-construction and senior leadership.

You will provide strategic oversight of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Oversee resource planning across multiple sites.

Ensure project managers maintain strong control over programme, cost and quality.

Support teams in managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.

Promote a strong health and safety culture across all sites.

Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Site Managers and operational teams.

Support recruitment, training and performance management.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial fit-out or refurbishment.

Strong understanding of construction programmes, cost control and risk management.

Demonstrated experience delivering similar projects valued between £1m - £10m.
