Location: East, Central & West London (On-site)
Salary: Up to £85,000 basic (negotiable DOE) + attractive package
About the Role
We’re working with a reputable M&E contractor seeking experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors (Senior and Intermediate) to join their growing team. These are fully on-site roles delivering high-profile projects including shell and core, commercial fit-outs, and data centres across London.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance
- Handle internal reporting, cost management, and budget control
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E Quantity Surveying
- Strong exposure to shell & core, fit-out, and data centre projects
- HNC/HND essential (ideally in Building Services Engineering)
- Degree in Quantity Surveying advantageous but not essential
