Key Requirements:
- Currently operating as a Residential New Build Estimator with relevant experience.
- Proficiency in assessing and appraising new land opportunities for residential projects.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, measurement take-off, and cost estimation.
- Strong collaboration skills with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical drawings and data for cost appraisals in the residential new build sector.
- Collaborate with Land, Technical, and Sales teams for accurate assessments.
- Prepare build cost information and maintain updates for residential projects.
- Estimate road, sewer, and abnormal costs with detailed measurements.
- Input correct calculation periods for construction and sales estimates.
- Conduct on-site visits for a better understanding of potential constraints in residential new build projects.
