The Development Engineer role:
A well-established, stable housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the team on private, affordable and bespoke housing projects in and around the Leeds area. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Engineer in the housing sector and have a stable track record of employment and excellent attention to detail, as well as previous experience working within housing.

You will have good knowledge and experience managing section agreements, adoptions, setting-out and managing all aspects of the Engineering processes through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self sufficient and looking to join a stable company with a strong pipeline of work.

To be considered for the Development Engineer position:
Housing background preferred
Degree qualified in construction or similar field (desirable)Degree qualified in Engineering or similar field
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineer, Technical Coordinator (or similar) within house building
