We are partnering with a reputable main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the Midlands. With a diverse portfolio encompassing sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use developments, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Details:

  • Role: Contracts Manager

     

  • Location: Midlands (Various Sites)

     

  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (DOE)

     

  • Benefits: Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Health Insurance, Bonus

     

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Contracts Manager role within main contracting

     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

     

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

     

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

     

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on all sites.

     

  • Manage and mentor site teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

     

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously within the construction industry.

     

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements.

     

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

     

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

     

  • Valid UK driving license.
