We are partnering with a reputable main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the Midlands. With a diverse portfolio encompassing sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use developments, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Details:
- Role: Contracts Manager
- Location: Midlands (Various Sites)
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (DOE)

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Contracts Manager role within main contracting
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on all sites.
- Manage and mentor site teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid UK driving license.
