This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Managerto join a contractor who specialises on Groundworks, Foundations and Drainage projects.
Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on residentials sites across Leicestershire. This is a temp to perm, inside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Experience required for this Contracts Manager role:
- Groundworks and drainage experience is a must have
- Previously worked on residential projects
- Previously ran projects with values exceeding 5 million
