Roofing & Cladding Design Manager – Liverpool
We are seeking an experienced Roofing and Cladding Design Manager to join our team based in Liverpool. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £85,000 depending on experience, with the potential for partially remote working depending on project location. For the right candidate, there is flexibility to offer a higher salary.
The role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of roofing and cladding design for large-scale projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial developments. You will be responsible for reviewing design information, liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring that designs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience or a strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, ideally with experience in façade packages, rainscreen, curtain walling, or other envelope systems. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, technical specifications, and installation sequencing is important.
The role is office-based in Liverpool, but there is flexibility for partial remote working depending on project requirements. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team working on high-profile, technically challenging projects.
