Job Title: Works Manager - Utilities Infrastructure

Rate: Dependent on experience
Pay Method: Inside IR35 (PAYE)

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated works manager to oversee the delivery of utilities infrastructure projects, including water mains installation, electrical ducting and associated civils work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day site operations for utilities infrastructure works

Oversee installation of water mains, electrical ducting, drainage & associated civil works

Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, plant and materials to ensure efficient project delivery

Monitor project process and report on programme, productivity and costs.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a works manager, site manager or project supervisor within utilities or civil engineering

Strong knowledge of utilities infrastructure projects, particularly water and electrical services

Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams.
