Experienced Trades Foreman required to join a leading Developer in Ireland's thriving construction industry, which covers various sectors like residential, commercial, mixed-use developments in Ireland.
This role requires a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role, this role will be based on the construction of 300 residential units in South Dublin.
This presents an excellent chance for an experienced Foreman to be a vital member of a leading developer and actively participate in the dynamic construction market of Ireland.
Key Roles and Responsibilities for this Trades Foreman Role:
- Manage site staff and sub-contractors on site
- Plan the resources required in conjunction with the site program
- Be the liaison between construction workers and site manager
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed with the sufficient people
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
- Complete company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors
- Effective planning of tasks and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet deadlines
The ideal candidate should possess the following as a Trades Foreman:
- Proven experience as a Trades Foreman in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering a flawless final product.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a strong dedication to safety practices.
- Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a bonus.
- A valid driver's license.
Salary for this Trades Foreman role is between €57,500-€70,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
